- This wannabe cowboy, (as a youngster), eventually started CW Hill Photography in 1972. Since then Bill has earned a Master of Photographic Arts degree + 3 bars. His portfolio includes Portrait, Wedding, Aerial, and Commercial/Industrial assignments. The cowboy dreams are gone….but he still gets to wear a hat.
